You can have an opinion on whatever you want to have an opinion on. My opinion is that no DLC is worth what is being charged for it, and that includes Kasumi. It's just an opinion, the same as your own.VettoRyouzou wrote...
You can't have an opinion over what you refuse to play thus a waste of time frankly I think your just doing it for the attention now.the_one_54321 wrote...
Guys, when someone asks for opinions, they are not all going to be what you want to hear. And there's nothing wrong with that. To prove the point, I'll say it again.atheelogos wrote...

My thoughts are that I don't buy DLC no matter what it's about. If they ever release an expansion that has all the DLC on it, then I might buy it.
QFT
My thoughts are that I don't buy DLC for any reason. If they pack it all together in an expansion then maybe I'll buy that. Those are my thoughts on it, just like the OP asked for.
If you really think I'm just doing this for the attention, how about you stop giving me attention? I'll have opinion stated without being harassed for it, and you'll have me no longer responding to your posts claiming that I don't deserve to have an opinion. But as long as you post saying that my opinion is less meaningful than yours, I'm going to respond and restate, yet again, how my opinion is just as valid as any others.

Overall Kasumi is a great character and I feel the mission was worth the cost. I did after already beating the game so now when I start my next character i'm nabbing Kasumi asap and seeing all of her dialouge throughout the game.

I couldn't place the bad guy's accent at first, but for some reason I decided to call him Wikus in my head and then the accent fit perfectly. He's South African.
All I can say is District 9 FTW

Same here, I'll be starting a new game tomorrow as an Engineer (wearing Red of course, matching loyalty outfits!) with just Zaeed and Kasumi in my squad throughout the entire game when possible.
Team DLC FTW!

Conclusion: A bit of fun, not quite worth $8. But as a completionist, its hard to resist.

It might be a tad overpriced. The industry rule is $5 = 1 hour, so maybe this should go in the $5 range. I guess it depends on how well the Locust (which doesn't seem to strip shields as well as the Tempest) and Flash Bang power hold up over time.

Love Kasumi... I would totally pay a few bucks for a dialogue wheel for both her and Zaeed.
Also: Her room has a bar. A BAR! Think of the awesome parties.

Just finished it. I liked it; the level design was better than some of the included missions.

I spent over an hour on the loyalty mission. If you listen to the people having conversations at the party they'll talk about missions you've done. One person mentioned Zaeed killing Vido and another mentioned the three merc gang leaders getting taken down on Omega by Archangel.

I was honestly torn about what to do with the data at the end, and I have this bad feeling that leaving it intact is gonna come back and bite me in the butt...but I'm a nice guy, and who am I to make the poor girl get rid of what she has left of the man she loves. Nice story, maybe two dollars overpriced, but I'm not going to quibble over 2 bucks for something I really enjoyed.

(OK, a bit turnoff with the crappy move animation but still... just love it).

Lol TJ trollin something he has no firsthand knowledge of. Never heard a positive word from him about Bioware but he owns everything they make. Sounds like a Fanboy who just loves to play troll on forums.
Anyways,
Kasumi was excellent worth every penny of $7.00. She even has some interesting after-mission dialogue which makes her commentary better than Zaeeds....dont want to edge into a perceived spoiler, but "talk" to her a few times.
Not sure what some people are talking about that it was too short.........I typically complete ME2 Main + ALL Side missions in about 35 hours, so I feel I move through the game at a pretty brisk pace, this mission took me approximately 80 minutes without skipping any dialogue options or cutscenes, That's what Bioware estimated, if you bypass cutscenes, don't fully explore dialogue options, and rambo rush through the combat, I could see doing it in about 45 mins.......but the cutscenes and dialogue (story component) is what most of us play this game for, right? So skipping that is you wasting your own money, not Bioware's fault.
On top of that, the Locust is very nice for my Infiltrator, it has assault rifle accuracy and gives us a real viable auto weapon now. Kasumi has some great powers, especially Shadow Strike once evolved, and she uses them very smartly in combat. I will definitely be grabbing her early on my subsequent playthroughs and she will be a staple in my party as a "Tech" squad member. You are FINALLY able to upgrade your Tech Damage to 5/5 + Shep keeps his/her sweet tux as a casual on the Normandy!
Overall I would have to say this is by far the best DLC to hit a game in 2010 thus far.

He was asking for thoughts on the DLC. As in, what do you think about it if you've played it. Not "are you doing to buy it?". There's already been threads on that. So yeah, it was kinda pointless to come in here just to tell us you have zero interest in it.

No, you're way off. I did not ask what you thought on personal matter of DLC in general, but the Kasumi DLC if you played through it

I hated when Bioware put cheap shots of FemSheps boobs in the game during the dialogue wheel it drove me crazy.
I hated the dress at first but it actually grew on me and now I actually do like the dress.

Nah. Unless you skipped half the dialogue and played on Normal. It took me close to 50 minutes on Veteran, and some people up to 60+ minutes on Hardcore or Insanity.
Let's be honest though. You were looking for something to complain about regardless of the DLC's quality.

she didn't even need dialouge wheel she has updates almost every visit and plenty background dialouge on missions. Although if it was this much dialouge perhaps a dialouge wheel couldn't be so bad to please everyone? lol perhaps it's the voicers for shepard the main reason why.
