I wish only game owners could participate. Then popular people won't win the auctions. They'll probably sell the stuff on ebay for a tidy sum.

I agree 100%. How is this Bazaar a "thank you" to the community if the majority of people winning don't own the titles?

how ever... then they would not be allowed to have the prize. If purchase is needed for the prize, it can easly be seen as gambling, or such, and illegal in the united states with out the right sanctions and such. So this would raise the amount of taxes that bioware has to pay on the game sales at least, at worst massive fins that cripple the company. So only avalible to game owners is 100% not an option.

to stop the popular people remove the URL reference system.
