I just started a dwarf noble and am running into what i believe is a
glitch in one of the opening quests. I am in the room with the
sarcophagus where I am supposed to get the shield of Aeducan and none
tile switched on the floor work. They do not press when I step on them
and I am unable to get the shield when I have all my party members
standing on all the switches. I watched a video of this online and it
seems that I am doing everything right and it still wont work. I also
noticed from the video that the game should auto save when you enter
the Thaig chamber, but that is not happening for me either. I have
already restarted the character once and I still cannot get it to work.
Any advice?

Yeah, um so I'm supposed to get my crew to stand on the switches? How am I supposed to do that? They won't follow me far enough . . .

Press H to get them to stop moving with you, then take control of each one in turn to walk them onto the switches. Then you examine the sarcophagus and put your signet ring in the slot.

U have to turn off auto follow (under ur last companion's portrait) and place them 1 by 1 on those floors
