That is the most dumb sentence i heared in the game and this right at the beginning.
Her first reaction to jack was also dumb as hell.

Jacob is the worst because he's black... I mean "because he's Jacob". No that sounds stupid. It's because he's blac.. (careful) I mean because he's "well adjusted".. oh oh, and because he's "not interesting". Yeah *wink wink*.

Seriously, I'd say Kaiden. I hate his voice, his attitude, his values and his hair. I wish I could give him noogies, shoot him with spit balls and rain atomic wedgies upon him. The dork.

She's intelligent, ambitious, self-confident and likes to be the leader. She would definitely be an asset to Shepard's team... if she weren't so zealously worshipping TIM. Even though she tells TIM that she resigns I still don't trust her. Moslty because of the traits I listed, I see her as a woman with a backup plan B in case everything goes to hell. And also plans C,D and E, just to be sure. My opinion is that her resignation was little more than an attempt to trick Shepard into trusting her.

And I hated when, after recruiting Jack, she says: " I'm Miranda, Shepard's second-in-command". I was really hoping for a renegade interrupt: "WTF ****, Garrus is my second-in-command, get your ass back to da kitchin' ".

Least favourite character ? Turian councilor.
Needs no explanation.

Well: Kaiden & Ashley . . . and a nod at Anderson. In ME1 we're given to believe the three of them are close friends and fellow marines - and then suddenly when you come back they can't push you out the door quick enough. I'm sure in real life, such close friends and the mentor would actually trust Shepard. He's proven a hero so far and yet now you can't beat him off quick enough with a sh*tty stick? You can all join the Turian councillor when the reapers come



Seriously, I love Mass Effect 2, but that part of the plot could've been handled so much better; making it feel less forced and more natural. On a more positive note, I really wish the Kasumi character could've received some more work. There's a great character there, you just need the right material

I don't think many people even get Morinth. I agree though I don't like Morinth. Jack is my least favorite though.

well this isn't a thread about your least favorite character, but the worst portrayed. If you hate Jack or Morinth it's more likely because that's exactly how they were intended to, which would mean they'd not badly portrayed at all.

3. Kelly - I mean seriously, she's no more a therapist then I am. She's little more then a walking bag of horny. Is their anyone she does not want ? She's easy like s Sunday morning and I'm not sure where TIM found her, a street corner probably. Her obsession with getting down and dirty with anyone is litterally the only notable thing about her character. Their is nothing else their.



2. Thane - I've played through ME2 four times now and I have never once had a connection on any level with Thane. Quite frankly he's boring. His character is under developed and his loyalty mission in no way gives you any kind of insight into him as a drell or a person. I press the x button any time I have to have a convo with him



and the number one undisputed champion of the worst character ever created is:



1. Kaiden Alenko - Dull, Lifeless, annoying, the list goes on and on. He should have been named "Why", as in why was he inflicted on us. The highlight of my ME1 games are always leaving him for dead on Virmire

Um... yes and no. Controversial characters like Zaeed and Jack are meant to invoke POLARIZED reactions. So many people will hate it, while many will love it. If you have many people on BOTH sides of the spectrum. If everyone hates Jack and noone ever likes her, then she'd be poor character indeed. But so far both Zaeed and Jack have a solid following, who like them for the very same reason why many hate them.

Jacob on the other hand, is intended to be likeable, and totally failed at it. Because we weren't supposed to hate him at all.

You love to hate them in other words, and I do love Jack and Zaeed, mainly because they're interesting and have dark pasts etc etc. I also don't mind Jacob, not getting all this Jacob hate!

 Liara seemed the worst to me, she waaas important in the first ME but you found another Asari that could translate the cypher, if Saren recieved the cypher and used it properly, why couldn't Shepard?
And I also think Liara is overrated, even though her voice actor is gorgeous. But alien love... really?
