How do you view them as pictures? All I can get is code when I open them in the toolset.

There's no way to view them directly as far as i know, the Toolset doesn't have a specific tool for handling them in such way.
You can use workaround of sorts -- select any humanoid creaure in the Palette window (e.g one of the followers) and right-click -> open local copy. In the window which opens change Head Morph to the *.mor file you want to see, and the creature preview will update accordingly.
Keep in mind it will filter list of *.mor files you can select based on the race and gender of the creature you're viewing. I.e. for human male it will be *.mor files which begin with hm_ and so on.

Thank you. But the problem is mostly that, somehow, I downloaded two mods that change the appearances of npc's, so I wanted to go through to pick and choose which I liked, since a lot of them don't come with pictures. I guess I'll just have to go with my gut. ^^;
Btw, it's Dragon Age Redesigned, and, I think, something called "New Head Morphs". I actually don't remember grabbing it. :X

If this is the case then you can still use this technique -- if the original head is overwritten by a mod then you will see this modified appearance in the Toolset, rather than the default one.Ariinya wrote...
