So I purchased some Bioware points tonight in order to get the Stolen Memories DLC for Mass Effect 2. After some deliberation, I decided to buy 1600 points on the off-chance I might want to get some more DLC down the line (since it's pretty obvious this is the path Bioware is going down).

I purchased Stolen Memories after some initial issues (for some reason, clicking 'Continue' or 'Purchase' or whatever would take me straight to the main ME2 homepage, but I managed to click Back on my browser and retry). 1600 - 560 points = 1040 remaining. No problem.

I then decided to pick up the Alternate Appearance pack while I was at it. Selected the correct pack, clicked Purchase.

For some reason, the website congratulated me on purchasing the Stolen Memories DLC, and another 560 Bioware points were deducted from my account. 480 points remaining.

I clicked Back on the browser and tried to purchase it again. The points were not refunded, but this second time the website correctly registered my purchase and gave me the Alternate Appearance pack. 480 - 160 = 320 points remaining.

Can the incorrectly deducted points can be returned to my account? You can even see the double purchase on my Point Statement. There would be no reason why I would want to purchase the DLC twice on the same account, and I don't wish to be charged unfairly for a technical error.

I would appreciate it if someone from the staff could get back to me soon.
