Something weird happened? Ok, this is the order of events.
1.I Purchased 1600 Bioware points so I can download new content for Dragon Age: Origins.
2.With the new Bioware points I have decided to buy Wardens Keep and Return to Ostagar.
3. The downloads did not start because it required newer game version. So I downloaded the patch 1.03 for DAO.
4.Wardens Keep and Return to Ostagar download disappeared and left me 960Bioware points short-changed.
What the hell happened? I need HELP!
LOST 960 Bioware points !HELP!

Have a look in your registered game promotions, they should be listed there. When they are, you are authorized and no points were lost.
