Something weird happened? Ok, this is the order of events.
1.I Purchased 1600 Bioware points so I can download new content for Dragon Age: Origins.
2.With the new Bioware points I have decided to buy Wardens Keep and Return to Ostagar.
3. The downloads did not start because it required newer game version. So I downloaded the patch 1.03 for DAO.
4.Wardens Keep and Return to Ostagar download disappeared and left me 960Bioware points short-changed.
What the hell happened? I need HELP!
LOST 960 Bioware points !HELP!

First I think you should register your copy of Dragon Age: Origins on this site.
Second, you should launch and then log into Dragon Age: Origins using the same e-mail and password you use to access social.bioware.com and make posts such as this one.
Third, click on the Downloadable Content menu option. There are three tabs you should see: Available Content, Download Progress, Installed Content. If you've already used your points to purchase Wardens Keep and Return to Ostagar then hopefully that is reflected by those two DLC's being listed on Download Progress or Installed Content.

I have now registered DAO as instructed. I have logged in. I have used 960 of my Bioware points to purchase Wardens Keep and Return to Ostagar. They are not listed on Download Progress or Installed Content pages. That is my problem. I’ll try and think of what could have went wrong.

Hmmm...
So I think the next thing to check is to go to Profile -> Your registered game promotions. This is on the left side of the forum page here. That should tell you whether or not social.bioware.com recognizes that WK and RtO are available to your profile.
If you don't see those DLC listed on that page then it may be that you purchased points under a different account than the one that you're using to log into social.bioware.com with.

Both, the WK and RtO are listed on my registered game promotions. But in DAO they are listed on Available Content tab.

Also, I have noticed that on Installed Tab, Blood Dragon Armour and The Stone Prisoner are marked as unauthorized. BDA and TSP are also listed on my registered game promotions page.

OK. So to review, it seems as though the DLC in question is registered to the same e-mail and password you use to access social.bioware.com. This means that your 960 points didn't get spent for nothing, which is good. If you're logging into DA:O using the same e-mail and password that you log into social.bioware.com with then it seems that you may have an issue with the DAUpdater service. Recommend you review the following thread in the DA:O PC tech support forum for information how how to troubleshoot those kind of issues. Good luck!
