Looks like NewByPower over at Dragon Age Nexus got his own version working in-game.
Natural Bodies Mod (NSFW)
And yes, the author recognises that the texture sucks, but it's at a very early stage. What should be taken from it is this: It can be done! Might wanna see about getting him to shed some light on how he got it done.

Yup works like a charm, personally I like it better than the "transparent bra" version of the nude mod. Although the texture is not at its best, its really well done

Looks like Natural Bodies has a bunch of different skin optons now. Each requires the original Natural Bodies to be installed first.

The options are found here:

I can design the textures in Daz studio and Poser with rigging etc, but the question still remains importing it to the game to replace current models. Anyone have any update on a possible solution?

This would be violation of Daz3D copy rights (in case of
public release).
Moreover, it would be necessary to reduce dramatically
polygon numbers and transfer body parts on DA:O skeletons in order to use
original animations (should be done in 3ds Max or Blender). At the moment (to
my knowledge) we do not have reliable robust exporters for skinned models.
I guess textures for Poser models should be created in
PS, rigging is also Poser specific.
