I didn't click anything language related either, and it's only small bits of text at random locations but it's annoying all the same.

Same here. The drop down button says Forums-English. Yeah sure the forums are English but everything around my profile, like options, etc is Spanish...

All the way at the bottom, lower right hand corner, is a dropdown for language selection. Set it to Buccanner for a few laughs! Or English. You know.... whatever works best for you.
