People are not winning solely on referrals. If you buy multiple copies of the games you can register them. Some people bought 6 copies of DA: A and got big points.
There is nothing "cheating" about it. Those are the rules.

It does work. You can't take the test multiple times, but you can register actual purchases as much as you want. I really don't understand why more of you didn't do it.
