Nookie does not involve the removal of those ubiquitous undies unless you use a mod; in which case, dead people are awfully happy to see you.
Edit: And no one will comment if you run through the countryside in your undies (or less).
I change the...state...of the bodies in NB so that random dead people aren't quite so happy about their fates, but I've forgotten a few times and, well, let's just say that the escape from Ft. Drakon can be even more amusing.

I didn't know, priapism was something to be admired before the NB mod. I quess it has something to do with nudity being a taboo in Northern America. Or adolescence something to hanker after.

Yeah, gotcha. It just gets old pretty fast. Nice models, tho.
You can turn the erections off in the config menu for the mod. That leaves people naked but not inappropriately thrilled about it.

@thegreateski That's an achievement since there's the Sunder Armor talent. Not very talented folks with the swords/axes, then?

Back on topic:
Dead things will always bleed massive pools of blood when you come near them, no matter how long they have been there.
Skeletons are never cleaned up or disturbed, regardless of where they are.

If you are interested: DAOModmanager
And Natural Bodies All in One with the easy configuration option.
Edit: There IS an option to put underwear on human males in the configuration in the newest version of NBaio.
