I was wondering where abouts do you get all the special items from pre orders and dragon age journeys and what not?

you have to first enter the codes on the website and then log in while in the game so it can download all the stuff you're supposed to get. Let it then install and you should get quests to get the items in your journal under premium content. The first piece of your dragon armor is in your inventory and you buy the rest later on.

I have downloaded the Blood Dragon Armour and an Amulet and Bag however, i have not been given any of the Blood Dragon Armour to begin with nor do i appear to have any directions on the other items in my journal.

Once you get the ability to have a camp...after lothering, you can buy them from the merchant there.

So you dont actually get a piece from the start? like it stats in the journal, you have to buy it all?

No, you get a few things to start

You should get one piece of the dragon armor from the start, once you install the DLC. You may have to be logged in as the profile that downloaded it though -- I've noticed the DLC doesn't work unless I'm signed in. Supposedly that's only supposed to happen when it's first activated but it's not working for some of us.

Well i am logged in to this account which is the registered account for the game and thus has all the DLC attached to it.

How would i go about resolving this issue then?

You get 1 piece at the start but require 38 strength. The others pieces u can buy them at the vendor in ur camp

Can you use all these items on different characters on the same account or do they attach and get used once you have 1 character access them?

Those items apply across the board to ANY character you play as, any character so long as you're on your profile/EA account
