I have bought yesterday at 14:30 GMT+1 (Tuesday) BioWare points. Now i expect that my account gets updated with those points immediately after purchase, or maybe after like 1 hour. But it didn't happen.
I had a live chat with an EA agent and she told me to wait for 24 hours until my account gets updated. Well okay, i live in Europe. Understandable. We always get the worst service of course.
So, i finally came back from school. I thought YAAAAY KASUMI TIME... but when i wanted to buy the Kasumi DLC for the PC version i was like
Still no BioWare points. So, of course, i had another live chat with some guy that talks like some bot, and guess what... I need to wait another 48 HOURS.
I actually want to ask if people had the same problem like me and had/have to wait this amount of time to get the points. And is the EA billing service this bad?
