Hey folks, obviously this is a secondary account. Now i have read other posts on this and have tried my best to get this fixed, but sadly nothing is working. I e-mailed bioware support and havn't gotten any type of respons.

Bassicaly I can't log in to my main account. I have the log-in page bookmarked and my explorer fills in the user name and password to log me in automatically. I have used my account perfectly since the release of Mass Effect 2 till a few months ago when it won't let me log in anymore.

This randomly has happened and nothing has fixed it. It keeps trying to make me create a new account when I try to log in and won't let me do anything else. I have tried on multiple computers and even and Ipod to try and log in. normally I would give up as I don't post much around here, but now I can't DL the new DLC without logging in so I'm out of my Mass Effect 2 DLC!

My copy of Dragon Age logs my in-game just fine and shows my account, but when I try to link anything or go from there it takes me to the same "make a new account" page.

Anyone know a fix or something I don't? Having no response from the support site and e-mail has really got my angry about this whole thing.

I was gonna say, how are you posting here if you can't log in?... That sucks.

Are you logging in with your username or your e-mail address?



I only ask because for forever I logged in with my username and it worked fine - until it just stopped accepting my login anymore. I had to start using my e-mail address instead.



Could be they bumped up security.

Nope, been using my email since day one and it won't work. Tried username and it won't work. Tried making a new account using the same email and it says it is registered. But I can log into my games with it, but not to download DLC or talk in forums.

Still no word from Bioware.



Other than email is there a way to contact them someway else? I have spent another few hours looking through posts to try and figure this out but I think I may be screwed.

You are talking to someone who has tried to get attention about the constant login problem for months now, Hacker.

All I know to do is keep posting threads here and hope someone from Bioware responds.

Beyond that I'm not aware of any other way to contact them.
