Hey, first of all, thx for a great game! it's the best RPG game since baldur in my opinion

I have a problem though.. i've downloaded some of the DLC 's for the game. Some wich i bought with me Bioware points, like "Return to ostagar" or with a redeem code that came with the game like the "The Stone prisonor". I also downloaded "the edge" (item - dagger")for free, (linked from http://dragonage.wikia.com/wiki/DLC.)

But now I have downloaded the Band of fire (item - ring) and it Requires Authorization. Is there any link where i can buy this with my bioware points, like i did with return to ostagar, or a link where i can litterally purchase it??

Just a little test: check here  ...is it on that list?  Also, it has worked in the past, correct?  Also, make sure you have the game fully patched - 1.03, if I'm not mistaken.

Ring of fire sounds like a one of the Pre-order bonus'...from EA/Amazon if I'm not mistaken.  Make sure you still have the code you used to unlock it...assuming its showing up as a DLC of any sort, though, i assume you input'ed it correctly.  Something to make sure of is that your logged into your BSN account in-game, and also if you created multiple BSN accounts, make sure that your are logged into the correct BSN account while in game...as in, the BSN account that has this DLC unlocked - if logged in to a differnet BSN account,  it will generally list certain DLC as "Requires authorization."  Another test would be trying a game with it disabled, and then enabling it again.  If your sure you are logged into the correct account and if it is in fact on that list, then i dunno how to help, but if it persists, you may be able to get a second code from filing a support claim.

...but as this has little to do with the actual store, asking Jedi about it may be futile.

In dragon age wiki, there's a list of DLC's to the game. Some can be installed directly without any problems since its free , others you need to have Authorized because they costs Bioware points, or came with a specific edition of the game - my problem, as you said, is that band of fire, is indeed an EA/Amazon pre oder bonus.. but since i allready have the game(and din't pre-order it), and downloaded the Band of fire DLC, I need it Authorized, in oder for it to work in the game. - so, is there any place now where you can get it Authorized by buying it, or was it just a one timer for those who pre-odered the game?

OH!...i get it. Yeah, as far as i know, most, if not all of the DLC needs a code. For Stone Prisoner, for instance, the game came with a code, you input'ed it, and the DLC became available. If your download it from a 3rd party, then it will be unauthorized until you get that special code. So...yes...its a one time thing for those who pre-ordered. Really, i wouldn't be bothered by it too much. It's one of the better DLC items, but not particularly necessary or even near the best rings overall. Just about all the pre-release-DLC items are not the best respective items in the game (the exceptions might be the DragonAge Plate and the sword Starfang (Wardens Keep)...depends on playstyle and perspective, as always).

I still use the Lion boots and the ring that does additional backstab damage on my rogue. Also Edge and the newer necklace. But anyways just like Dsurian said, the band ring is an authorization item and you can't/will never be able to authorize it (use it without save game corruption) unless you got its (authorization) code from its supplier. That is valid for all items that require authorization.

Uninstall: deleting its folder from your addins should work, but I'm not at home and cannot try. Maybe you also need to edit a .xml-file.
