https: // addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/201
Good luck!

I've downloaded it from different browsers (about 9 times now), even with DownThemAll! and it's never given me a file size larger than 991MB. This is soooo strange. I'm able to DL it and install it fine. But when I try to connect to Cerberus Network it says "Unable to Authorize...." And therefore doesn't load Kasumi or the ALT Pack.
What going on?

Steam version of ME2, Windows 7 Professional 64-bit, Microsoft Security Essentials for anti-virus. Have tried normal Firefox (3.6.3), IE 8 and more recently the Firefox DownThemAll extension, all with the same result. I have plenty of RAM (4GB) and disc space (2x1TB discs in Raid 1 configuration, 931GB free).
I think it's a bit suspicious that the file size is close to 1GB - all the other DLC I've bought for ME2 has been ~500MB or less - I'm wondering if there's some kind of limit imposed by something (my filesystem, the server, my ISP or whatever) that's causing the problem. It's a weird bug to be sure.

Is Bioware working on a solution? people who have paid good money for this should not have to go through so much gymnastics for this to work
You're damned right we shouldn't... But Bioware has failed twice at this so far... TWICE... Where are those sky-high standards, Bioware? You're compatability failure with single-cores really shook up my faith in your system, testing in particular! Now this issue with the Kasumi DLC (Which, BTW, I am also having to put up with) has decided to rear its ugly head, you guys make great games, but really... Where's the error checking in all this?

http://static.cdn.ea.../ME2_Kasumi.exe
is broken/incomplete? (DownloadThemAll says it's 0.97GB in size, and I can't be bothered attempting to re-download another GB just to confirm this.) Is there an alternative (legal) download location? Or is this URL actually re-directing me to a different server based on location, and that's the one that's broken? (I'm in the UK.) Surely if the file is itself broken/incomplete, no-one can currently get it to work? Maybe the file was moved between servers at some point and the upload failed to work properly?
Questions, questions, questions. Any answers from anyone official?

I hate to say this, but this is quite unacceptable. It's been many days and there has been no fix. Not even a response from Bioware on this forum to let us know they are looking into this
Well... Looks like Bioware's screwed the lot of us out of immediate satisfaction AGAIN! First was that red-flag with loading up the game on single-core processors (I'll never know how that got through testing, ...), now this rears its ugly head... C'mon Bioware, can't you take a half-hour and upload a fresh file or something, 'cus I know that the browsers people are using obviously aren't the problem... sheesh... I should start keeping record of how long it takes Bioware to post a fix or something and throw it out here sometime... maybe that'll motivate SOMEONE...
EMERGENCY EDIT: Guys... I've managed to get it working... I've recruited Kasumi and am proceeding through the game as normal... Will update if any problems come up... The icon means nothing, it installed after a ludicrously long prep time, but it seems to work so far... as I said, I'll post if anything goes wrong... maybe they updated it while we weren't looking or something... try it again, maybe you'll get lucky...

Wait. What do you mean exactly? Are you stating that if I d-click the Kasumi icon and just WAIT for ...oh ten minutes or so it'll install? C'mon, CONFIRM dammit.
Oh frak it. I'll try it myself.

No dice. As I've always suspected. it never gets through the verification process so the rest of the install never happens.
Despite protests to the contrary I'm ready to engage in other forms of procurement if available.
You still have my attention Renorick.

Ok, So I got the idea from a different post. Basically I stopped the game from Automatically signing in to my EA account. In the options menu I set it to Manually Sign in to EA account. Then I exited the game. After Relaunching, I clicked the "Connect" button to connect to the Cerberus Network, then entered my EA account info, then That's it. I was able to access Kasumi and my Alt Pack!!!
I hope that works for you Mad-Hamlet.
Geth can find enjoyment.
