damn. I was so focused on reading subtitles that I missed it. have to see that scene again. argh.

And that would be why subtitles suck.

I agree with the Reaper theory. I saw something very Reper(ish?) on the first slide.

Even though my English is pretty good, I prefer to have subtitles in my games for the simple reason that I'm used to it (I was practically raised by the telly). It's useful in case a certain word is pronounced in a weird way and also allows you to interpret what's being said somewhat faster (before it's actually said).

The first image kinda reminds me of the Reaper in the Prothean vision.

The more I think about what this secret potentially is, the more it leads me back to the Alliance and Cerberus.

At the time Cerberus went "Rogue" and split from the alliance, humanity was doing all it could for recgnition from the council. It stands to reason they had to remain whiter then white. Cerberus were able to follow their own agenda, while the alliance were able to remain safe from blame secure in the knowlede that Cerberus were now viewed as a terrorist organisation.

it's shepard's alpha memory... his natural state of mind is in the grey box... once he's back into his commander life, after being released from the box stuff... his alpha memory must be returned... or else.

Woah, déja vu!

Random thought: what would a greybox record when the person it is linked to is indoctrinated? Think greyboxes might be used in the third game to prevent certain key characters from getting indoctrinated?

So far, important protagonists seem to have plot immunity to indoctrination anyway.

That's what we're supposed to think, like Saren before us. In reality, everything post-derelict Reaper was a dream.

So how many seasons until FemShep wakes up and Legion walks out of the bathroom wearing a towel?

And some of us are better readers than we are listeners.

Anyway, I'm convinced that it does have something to do with the Reapers and that the Alliance knows more about them than they say.
