That doesn't make much sense though. She'd get the same amount of scuttlebutt about Liara, and she can be recruited before Horizon.

There should be scuttlebutt on the ship about Shepard and Kaidan or Shepard and Ashley from Joker, Dr. Chakwas, even Kelly since Shepard can mention them to her.  Kasumi should know about them.

I know it's unfortunate for the fans of Ashley/Kaiden, but try and look at it like this.

There's really no reason for her to know about Ashley/Kaiden. They're just kinda these soldiers in the Alliance. Liara, on the other hand, is an information broker. A professional thief would be familiar with information brokers. 

Still, would've been nice if she said something like "So I hear you have a relationship with someone in the Alliance...", something to that effect.

If that is the case, though, there is absolutely no reason at all for her not to know about them.  If she knows enough to know when Shepard sleeps with her love interest and comment on it, then logically, she would have heard that Shepard got told off by her LI in front of her squad.   Both Kelly and Joker have no problem bringing it up.

Very sloppy.  And extremely disappointing.

There is plenty of reason for her to know after Horizon. The squadmates are standing right there and can hear the conversation. Honestly, there's no way she wouldn't know.

This is a out rage that Ashely, nor is Kaidan mentioned. I think that I'm going to go cry in a corner. I'm just pissed that Kaidan nor Ashely are not even mentioned once.

No. It's the group that had our favorite characters reduced to a cameo where they yell at Shepard without a chance to reconcile. It's the group that had the two characters that were complete opposites from the first game share identical lines. It's the same group that noticed that the animators didn't care that the character they were working on went cross eyed during their conversation.

This isn't about a "dating sim" or whatever you want to call it because you got what you wanted and you're cool with everything. It's about fairness.

Samara loyalty mission (Morinth killed): "It must have been really hard for Samara to ask you to help her kill her own daughter.  She told me she really appreciated your help.  As hardcore as she is, I'm not sure she could have done it without you."

Samara loyalty mission (Samara killed): "It must have been really hard for Samara to ask you to help her kill herown daughter.  Though I've noticed... Samara's not exactly acting like herself lately.  Not that I'd mention that to anyone else."
