She has a line about a woman in navigation that thinks she's pregnant. Something like "even on a Cerberus ship life finds a way".

It's just a further bit of evidence that BioWare wants to push the Jacob/Miranda romance angle. It's pretty obvious and shouldn't be much of a surprise by now. I'd be worried for Ash/Kaiden in ME3 if I had romanced either of them.

Just so you know. Those of you who know me, know I am a very nice, good humored, happy person.

If it is revealed that Kasumi says nothing about ME1 LI's Kaidan and/or Ashley, I am going to say a few mean things to Bioware.

I apologize in advance.

Thank you.

This is what I will do as well. :(

I'll join you!

Beings to light torches. :P

Sorry, folks.  I've listened to every piece of audio that came with the DLC.  No mention.

Oh look, we've finally found something to complain about. And it's the Dating Simulator gang that's in a huff, too. Big surprise there.

No. It's the group that had our favorite characters reduced to a cameo where they yell at Shepard without a chance to reconcile. It's the group that had the two characters that were complete opposites from the first game share identical lines. It's the same group that noticed that the animators didn't care that the character they were working on went cross eyed during their conversation.

This isn't about a "dating sim" or whatever you want to call it because you got what you wanted and you're cool with everything. It's about fairness.

QFT.  I've been giving Bioware the benefit of the doubt a lot more than some Liara/Ash/Kaidan fans, but this is just :mellow::pinched:.

Also, am I only one who thinks that Kasumi's attraction towards Jacob is a Bioware reference to his unpopularity with most fans? Or am I just imagining things?

My main Shep romanced Liara, but I have another who romanced Ashley. Ashley/Kaidan better be in ME3; their lack of Kasumi dialogue is just salt in the wounds. <_<

Could be. She's got a lot of dialogue revolving around him.

They seem to be the only ones that like his romance

I think they are trying to get more people to like him, if they wanted to reference his popularity it could go something like this :
Kasumi : *giggles* "The priiize"

Everyones least favorite LIs stupidist phrase.

"The word is that Garrus really likes you.
I can never tell with turians.
I think you should go for it.
A lot of people
want to see you two together."

<3<3<3
I just got this line in game.
It made me smile.
(I hope it is some insight on what the staff behind mass effect feels as well!)

DLC = Awesome

Captain it could be a reference to his unpopularity for a love interest. They could have given at least two lines for us it just rubbing salt in to old wounds I agree.

I'd be mad about good order and discipline but then again who am I to judge?  I was foolin' around with Kai Kai.

Is it just me or did they put a lot of work into giving Kasumi a lot of dialog? Also, for those commenting about the lack of Ash/Kaidan lines, she has no experience with either of them. I don't know about you, but I wouldn't go up to someone and make a comment "I heard you and Ashley Williams/Kaidan Alenko were a couple. Huh, don't know either of them." I mean, why would she care you were in a relationship with someone whose name she may never have even heard?

She would have heard it if she was either on Horizon or talked to one of the crew who had been on Horizon.  Nice try, though.

Because she can go to Horizon and overhear the whole conversation. Because she talks about Liara's relationship with Shepard.

She has heard about Ash/Kaidan...

Well, I kind of phrased it badly, but what I was getting at is that everyone else she either knows personally, or knows through reputation/working with agents of in Liara's case. On the other hand, the most she could potentially have of Ash/Kaidan is the small conversation where it doesn't really look like there's anything there anymore. I can understand the frustration, but I personally thought Kelly's comments on the Shep and Ash/Kaidan encounter were prying, and she's likely to know a lot more about them than Kasumi, so I can understand from a character perspective her not mentioning them.

Are you sure that Kasumi will only say that about Liara if you romanced her in ME1?

Having not played through the game, can't say for sure.  But I will note that the Liara line is two separate files, and that the first file only mentions the part about her knowing about Liara in general.  So it's entirely possible that only the first part plays if you didn't romance Liara, and both parts play if you did.

A lot of the lines I quoted are actually in multiple parts.  Like the breakup lines, they both have the same start (file #1, let's call it) and then two other files to indicate whether the breakup was good or bad (files #2 and #3.)  I noticed there wasn't a specific bad break-up line for Thane, and it occurred to me that maybe his bad break-up line uses the second half of another bad break-up line (could be Garrus's, which is just "Sorry it ended badly.  You both deserve to be happy." or Jacob's "Sorry to hear it didn't end well.  It has to be tough keeping up a relationship on a ship like this.).
