Having not played through the game, can't say for sure.  But I will note that the Liara line is two separate files, and that the first file only mentions the part about her knowing about Liara in general.  So it's entirely possible that only the first part plays if you didn't romance Liara, and both parts play if you did.

A lot of the lines I quoted are actually in multiple parts.  Like the breakup lines, they both have the same start (file #1, let's call it) and then two other files to indicate whether the breakup was good or bad (files #2 and #3.)  I noticed there wasn't a specific bad break-up line for Thane, and it occurred to me that maybe his bad break-up line uses the second half of another bad break-up line (could be Garrus's, which is just "Sorry it ended badly.  You both deserve to be happy." or Jacob's "Sorry to hear it didn't end well.  It has to be tough keeping up a relationship on a ship like this.).

Damn, I didn't realize Kasumi has so many lines... but then again, I still have to finish the Mordins Loyalty Quest, IFF Mission, Legions Loyalty Mission and then the final mission... after that, I'm off to a new game (I can't count them anymore) xD

Wait, I'm sorry. There is NO mention of Ash or Kaidan? Even Liara gets a mention? WTF? No seriously WTF? I wasn't expecting anything at all to be honest. Wasn't even thinking about it. But now that Kasumi mentions EVERYONE BUT THEM. I think I'm not alone in saying "WHUUUT?!"

Yeah, that was complete BS. I really feel sorry for you guys. At least there's a flicker of hope though, if you read the Liara one it basically says the relationship is no more. I'm waiting to see if it's fixable though.

I mean really. TWO SENTENCES. That's all they had to do. What did they voice actress have an appointment to get to? She could say four words about "the Virmire survivor." Yeah. That's how sad Ash and Kaidan fans have become. They'd be perfectly happy with a veiled, not at all special semi-reference to SOMETHING.

So Liara gets something but the Virmire Survivor doesn't? I was ask how Kasumi would know about the ME1 romances in the first place. But that does seem odd if Liara gets something but Ashley/Kaidan doesn't.

Yeah all three comments seem to suggest the end of the relationship. The Kasumi/Liara one and the Kelly,Joker/Ash,Kaidan one.

Quietly nodding, though this is sadly status quo -- I don't take it as 'broke up', though, I take it as 'not-rekindled-relationship'.  Factor in Shepard's unexplained disappearance and it's a reasonable assumption that it's not a current thing.  (Having said that, my Shepard is unattached and waiting for LiLi.  AND slightly ecstatic that SOMEone mentioned Liara in a context that is LI-exclusive.  It's about damn time, especially after the ... controversy of earlier today.)

Kasumi is a thief spying on everyone on the ship, and she knows about EVERYTHING that's going on. She knows about you and Miranda in the engine room. She knows that Tali took her mask off for you. She knows that some random chick may be pregnant. She knows when Rupert gets new supplies.



But after Horizon, even though even Kelly knows about the Virmire survivor, and Joker makes a comment, Kasumi knows nothing. Not even a generic comment about the Alliance, or former squadmates. She knows about Morinth. She knows when Samara rejects you. She knows your dress size before she meets you.



Maybe her lack of knowledge about the Virmire Survivor says more than words could.

Are we reading a little too much into this maybe?  I assume they have had all of the audio for Kasumi for quite a while, perhaps as long as the other squadmates audio.
