Pretty much, cautious optimism on my part...not holding my breath though.

The bright side is that when ME3 rolls around, every romance interest will have equal content to their romance.
Really? I'm not so sure. It's this kind of stuff that worries me when it comes to ME3. Who's to say that after all our hoping for something great, they don't just go ahead and scrap characters anyway, or completely ruin them, or write the romances terribly or just flat out pretend they don't exist? I know what they've said and I'm choosing to remain optimistic about Ash and Kaidan in ME3, but I guess we'll see.
I guess everyone could have the same concerns but it's a lot harder to have those concerns when your Shepard is spooning on a bed with the person you chose while my Shepard gets yelled at (with the same exact lines for Ash and Kaidan) and gets to stare at a picture.

Video game fans get more fan-service than any other group of fans out there (movies, music, television, etc.) and everyone seems ignore this fact. People whined for Garrus/Tali romances, they got it. They whined about the Mako, its gone. They whined that combat is boring, it got completely revamped. The list goes on and on, but still it's never enough. This isn't "salt in the wound" its a decision made by the development team. Do you guys really think that BioWare is intentionally making you suffer? Like secretly they hate everyone that romanced Ash/Kaidan and want them to be pissed off and miserable? Come on, man.
All this moaning and groaning about 2 lines of dialogue is ridiculous, especially considering that most people are in agreement that the DLC was surprisingly well done given BioWare's history with DLC. It's a simple writing decision made by the developers, that's all. This is the direction BioWare took the characters in, and you can't change it. It might not seem "fair" to you, but it was the decision that was made.
The mako, people didnt like it but its better than the abominaton that is the hammerhead.
So yeah its ok to say stop complaining when you have what you want.
We've only got their word to go on. They're word so far as that they intend on continuing them, to the point that cheating will have consequences. If the romance does not continue either way, there is no real consequence to whether or not you cheated on them.Badpie wrote...

Kaidan, Ashley, and Liara already had one game to their romance, two if you count ME2. The romance subplots are currently on equal levels as is.I guess everyone could have the same concerns but it's a lot harder to have those concerns when your Shepard is spooning on a bed with the person you chose while my Shepard gets yelled at (with the same exact lines for Ash and Kaidan) and gets to stare at a picture.

Since you're a Kaidan fan, put this into perspective. Kaidan or Ashley has to survive since they are going to have a big role in ME3. Not only do you get your Kaidan romance, but you will also have the story focus more on Kaidan than any other character aside from possibly Liara that we know about.fortunesque wrote...
They will all continue, but some will probably be more fleshed out than others, and some will have less content. There's 9 of them, and only 2 (one interchangeable) are 100% guaranteed to be in everyone's games.
Imo it sucked, the weapons aim is terrible and it has a habit of exploding because of a light breeze.Onyx Jaguar wrote...

Blame the animation in the games in general. Vanderloo Shepard looks like a madman in a certain frame in Miranda's romancefortunesque wrote...
Don't forget that they both go cross-eyed while they're yelling at Shep.

There's also that Asari habit of having one eye perpetually half-closed. Still, it's better than ME1.Collider wrote...

Jacob's lips can be hilariously animated at things, Liara goes cross eyed at times too. There's a lot to be learned from Heavy Rain in terms of facial expression.
Horizon is more excusable because they were delegated to a cameo role. If they have a big role it will not be inconceivable anymore. Big role is vague, but all of the other love interests cannot be integral to the completion of the game, unlike Kaidan/Ashley and Liara. So there's hope yet. If all goes well, not only do you have 2/3 games of Kaidan romance, ME3 will also have him in a role larger than the other love interests other than possibly Liara. So that's even more Kaidan. Meanwhile, the ME2 romances may in the worst case scenario be delegated to cameo since they can die.fortunesque wrote...

I'm aware of that, but I'm still extremely cautious, particularly because they gave Ash and Kaidan the same lines in ME2. And who knows what they mean by "big role"? It's a vague phrase.

Obviously your intent is to discredit any argument I make with the simple fact that my avatar is Tali. Yes, I did romance Tali in ME2, but I also have a play through where I remained faithful to Ashley. I for one didn't whine for a Garrus/Tali romance. I honestly didn't care, and why should I? I didn't feel the need to beg the developers for content, I never felt robbed because Tali wasn't romancable in ME1, I couldn't have cared less. I found out that Tali was a LI in ME2 before its release and was intrigued by it, and I found it to be endearing and enjoyed it.
Oh, and contray to popular belief, not every fan of Tali is a hairbrained lunitic that obsesses over a fictional alien and draws hentai of her so they can ****** to it. I just happen to like the character.

I heard that Duke Nukem Forever was scheduled to go Gold on April 1st of this year in a sort of Ironic statement if legal problems hadn't halted development.
I also heard that Starbreeze was working on two titles for EA, but one was canceled and the one that was canceled was rumored to be a long awaited Syndicate sequel.

Also, am I only one who thinks that Kasumi's attraction towards Jacob is a Bioware reference to his unpopularity with most fans? Or am I just imagining things?
Kasumi : *giggles* "The priiize"
Everyones least favorite LIs stupidist phrase.
