Has anyone managed to complete this yet? I have finished the whole addon other than this but afraid to leave the area as I know I then get locked out of the Keep.
I've tried everything I can think of to find this hidden cache (for about the last 6 hours)
Anyone can point me in the right direction?

You have to examine the painting in the room where you killed all those demons on the second floor. But you need to have found all the codex entries to make the painting examine-able. The first codex entry is on a statue outside, so if you missed it, you can't get the cache once you've cleared the keep.
