Hi
I have Q9450, HD4770 Catalyst 10.3, 8GB DDR2, Windows 7 ultimate x64 build 7600, ME2 english version patched to 1.01.
All DLCs worked fine, except last one - Firewalker. This DLC doesn't appear in game. I see files in directory of game, but nothing in game - no massages, no planets.
I read about finishing some mission to unlock new one.. but this didn't help.
Firewalker DLC doesn't appear in game

I'm pretty sure the Firewalker should be available as soon as you're on the Normandy. Can't confirm that from experience, but I know it popped up in my post-completion game as soon as I loaded it.
Have you logged in to the Cerberus Network in ME2 since you installed Firewalker?
I assume the installation proceeded without error or you would have commented on that.

No, I don't logged in.
Installation proceeded without error and I don't have any information about this DLC in game. When I installed Zaeed, information about available new quest poped--up in a corner.

That's the problem. Every time you install a new DLC, you should log in to your EA account the first time you run the game afterwards. It needs you to do that so it can phone the EA servers and validate itself. After that first time following installation you should be able to play without logging in/connecting to the internet.

Hey,
Kloreep is correct.
Each piece of DLC requires a one-time online authentication (by logging in to the Cerberus Network) before the game can load it.

I have the same problem currently. I log on to cerberus automatically when starting ME2, and the firewalker mission dlc is the only one that doesnt appear in the terminal or galaxy map. I already played Kasumi, Zaeed and the crash site without problems.

I'm having this problem and I automatically log into Cerberus Network every time I start the game. I have the Steam version of the game. It may or may not be related but I also cannot land on Aite (Overlord Pack) without the game freezing. As far as Firewalker goes, its almost like its not even installed (even though it is). Elysta system doesn't even appear in Ismar Frontier.
I have tried reinstalling everything and no dice. No CD cracks? All of the ones I found were Trojans.

Exactly the same for me... any solution?

I worked it out.
I have the Steam version of the game and was using a retail MassEffect2.exe renamed to UT3.exe so I could get anti aliasing working on an ATI Radeon HD4670.
I found that if I used the ME2 Launcher from Steam instead of UT3.exe, the Firewalker content was available and I could land on Aite. However, I lost anti aliasing. So I tried loading the game via the launcher, making a quicksave in Elysta and then quit ME2. Restart ME2 using UT3.exe and load quicksave. As it turns out I couldn't load the quicksave and the error message I got was like 'Firewalker content is missing'.
To remedy this I had to get a Retail 1.02 MassEffect2.exe file from a friend. I then renamed it to UT3.exe and replaced my old one with it (they were different sizes - 15.6mb vs 15.9mb). I can now get anti aliasing, I can land on Aite and I can now play the Firewalker content for the first time.
If you go to Ismar Frontier ('Help Zaeed') and you cannot see a system called 'Elysta' then you cannot access the Firewalker content. If you can't access the Firewalker content, you can't land on Aite. I found out pretty quickly why this is - both packs use the Hammerhead so they appear to have shared resources. This also explains why every other DLC works for me except these two.
Hope this helps.
