This is probably because of a change in patch 1.01, which some DLCs automatically install. In 1.00 it was always the right mouse button that dragged the view in the HUD. In 1.01, you now have to hold whatever you've bound "Aim" to - right-click by default, but I'm guessing you've changed it.
How do I un-do this for the love of God?
I want rmb to move forward in-game.
I want rmb to move my cam in hud mode.
I want D for aiming.

You really want to undo it? Then you'll have to uninstall the game and then re-install it. Don't download Kasumi, Firewalker or patch 1.01. Or you can get used to it/change your playing habits.

Unacceptable. A lesson bioware needs to learn now especially before the release of SW:TOR and future titles.

@Yakuza Showdragon, did you try resetting your controls back to default? Not saying you have to keep it there, but it might be a good way to start.

Hey, everyone has to adjust for their games. It took me a little while to adjust to storm and interact being the same key. The problem in the first place was that you couldn't change the button to move the camera while in the HUD. It was supposed to be the same as aim.

Storm and Interact are not the same thing, nor do they effect the fluidity of gameplay. There's never a need to be interacting while storming or vice versa. Plus, you never need to interact with anything in the heat of battle, so it easier for you to fix this, all you have to do is bind storm to what you want to use in the middle of battle, whenever you need to interact with anything it won't be in the heat of a battle so it doesn't matter if its a keybinding your not accustomed to you as there's no hurry, you got all the time in the world.
With the way the controls were before I only had to hold shift, naturally move my mouse because almost every other 3rd person game or mmo has always had "hold right mouse to move camera" and then click Q or W to assign my squad mate to move there, it was all one fast fluid motion.
Now I have to hold shift, then hold down D (Holding 2 keys at the same time) then move my mouse, then press Q or W. It's not fluid at all and it is really hampering my speed, reaction time, and gaming experience.
I am looking forward to SW:TOR, I registered in October of 2008 on the forums and visit there frequently, but I'll tell you now, if SW:TOR had any kind of limiting controls like Mass Effect 2 now has, and there was no fix or work-a-round, i would instantly cancel my sub.
