Y'know, there's a broader conversation about communication underlying this that might actually be interesting. Or...one could just attack the original poster. But that's a whole lot less interesting.

You mean actually try and turn a slightly arrogant post into something meaningful instead of continue the downward spiral... I'm not sure I'm ready for such a novel approach. It needs to sink in first. (Insert emoticon for irony).

That sounds difficult, if not unpossible. It's also using a tool, the Internet, for something for what it was never intended. The Internet is, of course, porn[/url]. But secondarily it's for ranting, whinging and flaming. Civil discussion is such a novel concept you may want to give people some time to get used to the idea.
