Today i just reached the nps telling me about the stone prisoner quest line.

its worth 1200 points, so i go to the site and see there is no 1200 purchase option... fine...

i purchased 800 points first then went on to get 400 more (so i only would pay 15$ in stead of 20 and having points sitting doing nothing)

but when i try and pay for the 400 points it doesnt work... "cannot varify Credit card"
yes i have money in my account and yes the information i used is correct... because i just bought points

might it be that the server for purchasing points is down? or that the server decided that the 2 differnt cards i tried to used both cant be verifyied...
