She's not like zaeed who's expecting things to cut short after the suicide mission is done.  Plus we rarely see people, much less followers like her in the game.  What do you think?

Do you think she's staying?  Do you want her to stay?

Everyone who's pretty much guranteed to be in ME3 is unrecruitable in ME2.

Every recruitable person in ME2 is liable to death in the suicide mission so I doubt they'd have a huge role in ME3.

A "huge" role is not necessary. All characters already have redundant dialogue, so carrying this on to ME3 for dead squadmates is someting I see no problem with. Dead/unrecruited characters are disabled and since two survivors are needed at the end, a team of at least six, same as ME1, is what you'll have to play with rather than the 14 or 15 maximum with everyone alive.

I really hope she stays.

Amazing character design, heartfelt and engaging story and she's got a personality.

Really?  Then what's the point of carrying your save over?  :P

I am sure bioware will address this issue.  Perhaps any squadmates that survived will carry over.

Bioware won't just throw away Garrus and Tali like they're trash.  Both of them are fan favorites and many people will be raged if they have very small roles in ME3 if they survived.  I think Bioware said they will have huge roles in ME3 anyways.  Forgot where I read it but they definetly said it.

Quite a few squadmates actually speak about (or at least hint at) leaving the Normandy should they survive the visit to the Collector base.

I'm sure most of them will be back, they're not going to spend ages on these characters and just drop them all. If they're not with you straightaway in me3, then I'm sure you can get them on later on, they're probaly just needed a break for some reason or another.

Minor cameos, if that. Kasumi probably likely not to appear at all. She's the only cash DLC chaarcter, so you cant expect everyone to have had that who played ME2.

I'm really quite intereswted in how they pull off part 3. They have quite a tall order in front of them.

DLC contents can be passed off as extra backstory to the characters, so your conversations with them in me3 will be more friendly/deeper, and if you didn't have them in me2, they'll proably be more standoffish and treat you like a stranger.  How they've done it with Wrex, you didn't need to recruit him in me1, so he's wary of you in me2, but hopefully they'll be in squadmate form for me3.

Judging by the stink people are kicking up, she'd better be nothing more than a flash in the pan. lol

They didn't have huge roles in ME2 either. What's your point?

This one is for you:

I really would like Kasumi to be in ME 3. She seems to be a great character (her voice is a little bit annoying though).

If there are *any* characters that will be brushed under the rug in ME3, it'll be the DLC characters. I'd expect a "Oh, hey you" E-mail from Kasumi. And perhaps a krogan's third testicle in a lacy little box from Zaeed.

the point of your save carrying over is so that your choices in ME2 will be valid in ME3. Otherwise, why??

I hope so - one of my favourite characters. Even if it happens to be ME3 DLC, I will be content.

Considering how many people we have to choose from out of ME1 and ME2, characters might be recruitable but then your choice would lock out some other character. That way you would have to play another game and have another choice for the other character. Unless said character is dead of course.

Example:

You visit Tuchanka and both Wrex and Grunt are there tearing things up.  You have the choice of either Wrex or Grunt coming with you while the other one stays behind to look after the clans.
