My download kept freezing at various points, Im right now at 89% and I've probably had to reset my 360 about 4-5 times, no RROD or anything, and I've not had this kind of problem getting DLC before.
Anyone else have a MAJOR problem downloading Kasumi?

No problem downloading it the first time - but now I can't get my Xbox to recognize that I already DID download it.

Kasumi was a bit slower for me than other downloads but I got it all eventually.
advice: If it keeps stopping at 89% perhaps you might want to go into your HDD and delete the current file and start from scratch.

i had on 99% and it stop so i delete from my HDD and start the downloads from scratch.
but now it stop at 48 % ?

I've found a nice little way to "shunt" the download, is to d/l it through the marketplace and if it is having problems boot up the game. It will stop the d/l but after a few minutes it will begin again, it may act as a refresh of sorts.
It may just be me but it works. Likely works if downloading through the Cerberus Network from the main menu, leaving the game and then boot it up once more. A pain, I know, but it helps.

I think I might be getting the shortest end of the stick here. Now, my roommate's xbox (which I've been using for my own personally-purchased copy of Mass Effect) has been on since 5:00, roughly. If I'm correct in assuming that the DLC is still being downloaded to my memory device, even if the xbox has been used by my roommate on his own profile since-- the DLC (which I believed I asked to download since around 5:00 while playing Resident Evil 5), has been stuck at ONE PERCENT. I don't know... it SEEMS that it's still downloading-- and according to my web account for Xbox LIVE in the "download queue" section, the download is "in progress."
Now, I'm well aware that due to this campus, internet connections generally aren't that fast--it probably took between 1 & 2 hours of playing Mass Effect 2 (Insanity mode ftw) to download Zaeed. But seriously? Only one percent has been downloaded? I definitely have more than enough space on the memory unit... and it didn't SAY the download stopped...
Can anything be done about this, exactly? Do I need to be playing ME2 on my own XBL Account for the download to actually progress (which I haven't done at all today)? Should I remove whatever dlc for Kasumi has been downloaded and then reinstall it without paying anything extra (this is my first paid dlc)? If so, is it better to download it from the cerberus network menu rather than from the marketplace menu (as I chose the latter option)?Or are simply too many people downloading the dlc at the same time?
