Yeah, just skimming over posts made me wonder about the quality of Challenge submissions.  That 20% correctness and 20% relevance would likely disqualify nearly all the posters here, yet I've only won once (and I've answered all but two Challenges).

Spamming to simply get into the judging pool seems to be the key.  

But anyway, I digress....

Yeah that video is unbelievable.  I hate the sue-happy culture we have in America, but seriously, I hope that Constance girl gets rich off of the people who planned that stuff.

Your talking about a country with states that prohibits you from not owning a gun. But then again some states are rather cool if you minus the High Sales Taxes.

It is in the state of Oregon. I think you can own up to 25 pounds or something ridiculous like that.

Yeah the last pathetic thing I heard was the school in New York who arrested (and handcuffed) a 12-year-old schoolgirl for drawing on her desk.

Henry Rollins commented on this event this past monday. And I basicaly agree with him: being a teenager is complicated by itself (isn´t it Godak? ), so anything that makes it extra-complicated for no good reasons generaly has two outcomes: forging a better person or leading that person to something far worse.

My fave in all these cases is the reasons behind: "because the Bible says...", "because this does not help society...", "because this is unnormal..." I really want a good reason to deny homosexuals what is rightfuly theirs as citizens, a reason that does not involve religious stupidity; but I guess that I still have to find one.
