I apologize if this has been covered elsewhere.

I have a working login and password for the Bioware social network, and as prompted on the card, I successfully redeemed the codes online (I can see on my account that my DLC has been registered).

But when I try to login in game, in order that I might download the content: the game accepts my login (email address) and password, but after I accept the terms and conditions a message comes up saying my password is "invalid."

Anyone else have this same problem, or know of a solution? 

This problem still occurs when I run as an administrator/check to make sure the Dragon Age origins updater service is running/deactivate firewall and antivirus.

Well, you're half a step less-worse-off than me I suppose. =/  I'm running the PC version and can type in my email and password at the login screen but the "Login" and "Create Account" buttons are grayed out for me. Does that mean I can't connect to the EA servers? My firewall's disabled and I'm not really sure what else to do. Has anyone else seen this problem?

Strange - I can definitely can click the login/create account buttons. I've submitted an email request on the Dragon Age support page so hopefully (eventually) there might be some help. It does seem like people are having a ton of problems

Had the same problem. Password contained # character that game did not like. Changed password to contain only letters - problem solved.
