As of May 18th a patch has been released that should resolve these problems. The thread talking about it is social.bioware.com/forum/1/topic/68/index/2645196

If the problem continues then come back here but otherwise let this thread go.

I've gone through the forums here, on gamefaqs, on numerous boards from googling the issue and the problem is most certainly not fixed. If you are having the same problems then join me here so we can be counted. If it's the same problem for all of us then there is one issue that they need to find and address. If we are having problems at different points then there are many problems.

I followed the instructions on how to get the Dragon Blood Armor down to the last letter and though it shows on my bioware profile it doesn't show anywhere on my PS3.

I went through the Dragon Age Journeys and those 3 items show on my profile but not on my PS3.

I uploaded a character using the Dragon Age Character creator and my stone ring shows on my bioware profile but not my PS3.

Everything shows up on my bioware profile and nothing has made it to my system. I have the correct email address, the correct PSN ID, I deleted my files, I created a new PSN account, I even swapped hard drives and set my PS3 into the DMZ on my router so it is wide open for every port. There is nothing that I haven't tried on my side and yet the DLC will not come though.

And yet there is a solution? If we want to spend more $ we can but the feast day combo pack and then suddenly the DLC starts showing up?!?!?  (This is the ONLY currently available DLC that works)

We shouldn't have to spend more money on something that was supposed to be included with our original purchase. If the DLC shows up after a purchase than somewhere in that action there is a solution.

Figure it out, fix it.and for all of our frustration something extra would be appreciated.

(You have no idea how hard it is not to have cursed all the way through this.)

You can count me in. I have yet to get the Stone Prisoner (AKA shale) to worked. And spending $3 for something which was advertised to be free just feels wrong.

I wholeheartedly agree. If that's the only way to do it because they can't figure out the problem then they should start handing out PSN points so we can buy the stuff at no cost that way still getting our content for free.

I'm fed up with trying, and am probably going to try to return the game today or tomorrow if the problem isn't fixed.

I have the same issue with Shale and Blood dragon armor - ea-support asked me to delete game data.
Both of them showed up - I downloaded Blood dragon armor and installed it. Went back to DLC list - now Shale is GONE!!

Tried the delete game data and re-installed again - Both Are Gone now!!

I love the game - so will finish it without these DLC - hopefully they will fix this in the future.

I have the same problem (Canada)
Nothing is showing up, nothing from Journeys either. Everything is on my Bioware promo page however.

FIX IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've been yacking with EA support for 5 days now, you guys really need to do something as if you don't fix it and April 30th comes rolling around that's false advertising. I would NOT have bought new if I knew the codes would not work.

Very shoddy support.

Maybe we need to all "report" this thread so someone will actually have to see the thread and listen to these valid complaints....Image IPB

We're still looking at this issue. As one possible part of the issue that we're looking at, can you post which region your Dragon Age: Origins is from and which region your PSN account is set to?

I am in North America, as are both of my PSN accounts (2nd opened just for this), the game was purchased locally. I've enjoyed the game so far and will continue to, this however does leave a sour taste, so to speak.

Just so I can keep playing without concern, is there any point in the game where you can no longer access the content?

Had the same problem with my copy of the game. Definitely not user error when so many people have the problem. Whether or not you follow the instructions on the code card, or if you input the code through the in-game interface there is still a good chance that you won't be able to access the download for Shale or the armor - unless, as the OP confirms, you pay for the feastday combo pack. I gave in and just paid the $3 for it. I agree EA should put more resources into fixing this, or at a minimum give some of us some other DLC free of charge for making us pay a "fee" to access our "free" promotional content. Of course the promotion ends in 3 weeks, so if it's not resolved by then, I'd imagine EA will just let it slide.

edit: my PSN user name is set up for the US, and my copy of the game is from the US, somehow I don't think that a mis-match in region codes is at play here. Maybe it just some underhanded way to get us to pay for DLC which wasn't selling well?

I just bought a CE copy on Amazon and honestly, if I knew I was going to have so many problems with the dlc included in the game I would've gone with the standard edition since it was on sale.

North America.

Ok how's this for a possible work around. Why not sell the Old stone ring or whatever it's called that is available using the Character creator on the PSN for $0.00, not free but $0. The creator was a pre-release to the game and is now obsolete. If the ring is sold on the PSN for $0 then once it's bought perhaps it will have the same affect as buying the feastday combo had in allowing the other DLC to follow in it's wake.

No Stone Prisoner or Blood Dragon here either... NTSC-U PS3 andNTSC-U DA:O...

Here is a simple fix... Give all of us the damn feastday pack for free so that we can get our DLC that we are supposed to have.

I have a real problem with DLC. It seems that more and more games are starting to use it as a pure money making strategy through sheer greed. All of this DLC should be included in the original game, but is purposely left out so companies can capitalize on fans. Awakening is the only kind of dlc that should be paid for, but in my opinion Awakening is highly overpriced... just my opinion.

The DLC with free code is actually a  REWARD for those who purchased the game first-hand.  Giving a perk to those who shelled out the cash to buy a new copy.  The exact opposite of what you are saying.

The fact that it is not working very well at all is a different issue entirely.
