Count me in I have been working on this problem for almost a week straight and I am tired of it I would like what was promised to me as a reward for spending 60 bucks on this game and if I don't get a reasonable response I will be returning my game and never buy a single EA game again. At least try to make it up to us for this inconvenience that is what true customer service is about.
Join me in saying: THE DLC ISSUES FOR BLOOD ARMOR AND SHALE ARE NOT FIXED!!!

I am just tired of the ping pong I have been through so many Tech Support people it isn't funny at least do something. I have literally deleted and reinstalled all of my game files that they told me to at least 10 times. If EA is big on customer support/service they would fix this immediately.

Just talked to a live person through EA support phone number. When I told them the problem, even before I said what game it was, the guy asked if it was Dragon Age for the PS3. He had told me that they are working on it and as long as we have redeemed our codes I guess they are going to make sure we get it. He couldn't tell me when they will have it fixed but I am going to give them more time (just got another game to keep me occupied till then). So they are working on it I guess, but probably not enough people for the job, I mean look at how many are having the same issue.

Same here. Got Stone Prisoner and Shale, but there's nothing about the Blood Dragon Armor on my DLC list. Just the Feastday crap. I followed the directions on the card, and they show up as registered on this very site. Just hope they fix it soon.

What is the opposite? I am saying that The Stone Prisoner/Blood Dragon Armor should not be DLC in the first place and should be included in the original game. It is a reward, but anyone can buy it if they want to. To me, it is simply a way for companies to pad their pockets with all of this DLC. A single quest or two within a game that you have to pay for is ridiculous.

basically you download the $3 new combo pack thru the game interface. after this happens the game reloads and prisoner and armor pop up in the DC section of the game interface. click on those independently to download and you're all good.
I didn't figure this out...I'm just a guy who bought the game today and has been scouring the internet the last two hours trying to find a fix...

Though this fix may work, I am greatly resistant to having to pay to resolve a problem for a product for which not only have I already paid, but I have also bought additional DLC! I am greatly appreciative for this product that has allowed me an opportunity to enjoy the immersive gift of a well done cRPG, but I am concerned that such a sentiment can SEEM to be manipulated to purchase a fix ...

I tried it and it doesn't work and they responded back to me with the same damn answer, customer support is garbage.

I got the same problem, EU playstation, and EU game, the scandinavian version. My shale DLC redeem code worked without a problem, everything else worked. Wardens keep, feastday etc...I even got the Amulet Of the War Mage but I can get the redeem code for the blood dragon armor to work. It says the code is invalid.
This game was bought brand new from a game shop. factory sealed and everything.

I bought the Festiveday pack before I even had DA:O arrive so maybe that's why I didn't experience this problem but after installing the game, updating and installing DAO:Awakening I went and used my codes for the free DLC though the in game downloads, both worked, downloaded, installed and are showing up in my list. There's definitely no reason anyone should have any problem with this though and it would've made sense if it was doable through the PSN store instead of having to do it in game.

I mentioned somewhere in my ranting that yes the feastday combo kit is a work around to the problem. It just bothers me on the principle of having to pay for something additional to get what was free to work.
Also I don't want the pranks so I'd just buy the gifts and no one has said if that would work and really I'd buy the Warden's Keep before either of the previously mentioned because I am a hoarder and the bottomless chest sounds sweet.
However until this issue is fixed and we perhaps get something extra for our time and frustration i'm not spending a penny more on this title.
Keep in mind the free content that I'm waiting on also includes the stuff from the character creator and the journey game so I have spent a little bit of time and effort to collect some of these things which I cannot access as well as the web searches, talks with support, and the adjusments made to my PS3 and router for the Armour and Shale.
