Just checked my open question:

Hello,

Thank you for contacting Electronic Arts Customer Support.
I apologize for the inconvenience you are experiencing and for the
delay in my response. Your issue has been escalated to me and I will be
happy to assist you in this matter.

You may have already been
informed of this, but this issue you are experiencing is a known issue
that we are currently gathering information to forward to the
developers. They have been informed and we are working on a fix, but at
this moment in time, there is nothing we can do to get this DLC to
work. I do apologize for this inconvenience, but know that we are
working to fix this. Thank you for your patience.

Feel free to
contact us again if you have any other questions regarding this issue.
You can update your support request by clicking on the My Questions link
on http://support.ea.com.

Sincerely,
Sebastian
T.
EA Customer Support Tier 3.

What a load of BS. There is nothing that they can do except give us all the useless feastday packs for free so we can all get what we are entitled to.

This whole situation is a joke. EA/Bioware should be ashamed of themselves. I don't forsee a fix in the immediate future because there has probably been an influx in Feastday pack sales and they are "GATHERING" information.

I have the same issue with the DLC. Entered in the Shale code in the DLC menu in-game, and the option disappeared from the menu without downloading. Followed the instructions for the Blood Dragon Armor and entered it in on the website. Although my Bioware account says I have both, neither showed up in game.

I have a North America PS3 and North America DA:O (US).

Edit: Version 1.01. I have deleted and reinstalled several times with no success.

well im from EU n im having the same problem i found a fix for the dragon armor but it only works for EU accounts.

to get blood armor go to the ps store go to search type in dragon age then on the list of the searched items there'll be the blood armor and its a free download but the shale add on still cost.

even downloading the combo pack doesn't work. thats free on the EU store as well so i still need to get my 3 exclusive in-game items and the shale add on.

have been complain @ EA for a week know n its very aggravating so they better hurry up n fix this bloody problem if i knew the content was going to b this difficult to get i wouldn't have bought this flipping game uh.

Damn now I wish I could find a way to get into the EU store and get the free combo pack. That also explains why some people have searched for the armor and found it because I never could.

Oh and Saffron I did get the run around with shutting down my modem, deleting the game data utility, opening ports etc etc, that answer was just their final response. I did write back saying some more freebies should be added to my list for all the trouble. We shall see what they say to that.

you can get on the eu store n get it but let me tell you this

1. if you do get on the eu store and download it you can't use it because of region lock lol.

2. to get on eu store create an eu account lol

simple to get on eu store hard to use the content due to Sonys region lock

version 1.01, just put disc in machine on Saturday.
region is North America, specifically Ontario, Canada.

Put in both codes and they simply never popped up, seemingly the same error others are facing. Cant really delete my game data again as in that case I would be worried to loose my character and how far i have gotten thus far. I will play the game without the DLC but just wanted to ensure that at the very least until the issue is fixed I wont have to purchase the DLC content as i did buy new and would prefer not to have to buy these later on.

Thanks

I just wanted to add when looking at my promotional registration codes and trying to plug them in here on the bioware site they say they have already been used, which is correct, i plugged them in earlier today. But they dont even seem to appear on my account here, i dont know if this is related to the issue overall but thought incase I would mention it. see link here

Last thing I cant access my DA Journey's content either.

thank you again.

I believe that the majority of issues that have been caused by DLC content are due to the region coding in the game. Many users are finding it confusing having to coordinate both DAO and PSN.

I personally made the mistake of buying a version that was region coded to Singapore. I live in Australia which is a different region. I can pay for and download Wardens Keep and no doubt any of the the other bits from the Australian PSN site, but they won't be recognised by the game and thus unplayable.

The lame excuse I got from EA/PSN was that they must have region codes due to PAL/NTSC compatibility issues around the world.

Oh and just to top it off....when I go to the Singapore site to 'buy' the content...I repeat BUY (PURCHASE, SPEND MY MONEY, GIVE YOU MY READIES, CHUCK SOME DOSH AT YA)...I cannot use my Australian credit card. For a company that is trying to make money you are not only giving a lot of people a very bad taste in their mouth, but you are also loosing money.

Think hard guys, happy customers spend cash. Others, like myself, went and bought FFX13 or something else and are happy playing that until something else comes out.

I believe that a WORLDWIDE update patch needs to be created immediately. Removing region codes from the game and allowing everyone to download content from wherever they need to to get it to work.

Bought the game three days ago, everything is north american. I can see blood armor and the other thing in my online account but they're not in the list in the game, while all the other dlc are there. Submitted tech support request. Very frustrating.

Bloody hell they are right! The Feastday packs and the Blood Armor are all free in the EU Playstation Store!!! So they don't have to fight with the damn code for the armor at least and the same crap we have to spend $3 to buy as a work around they get for free. What kind of crap is this.

Next time I see something promising free DLC I'm searching out the problems first and if it's anything like this I'm gonna say screw it and buy the game used. Save myself some damn time and aspirin.

Not quite trye.

the armour is still via EA code in the EU. I think as you have already redeemed your code on the EA servers it lists this as free as you have already "bought" it via EA's code.

The feast day pack is free to all though on the EU PSN.

GulfWatVet it didn't show up under the Dragon Blood Origins title. I searched for dragon blood armor and it showed up separately. You could still be right though but if should have showed up by game title then.

Anyways none of it will work for me since the game and I are in the US. Just created another PSN account to take a look.

To be honest, No. I am reluctant to spend time tracking down and then spending money, obtaining a card from somewhere here in Australia.  I haven't seem them for sale anywhere (I live in a remote area thou).

Has anyone else tried this?  Using a PSN card bought elsewhere around the world and used it on a foreign PSN site?

I saw the Feastday stuff as being Free through the in game download list too....Contacted EA about it and apparently we're screwed if we bought it through the PS Store because they don't have records of the purchase. Good luck contacting the PS Store about it, I'm sure they'll just say to contact EA (or whatever company is selling stuff though their store) as they've done with other messed up things in the past.

I would've even taken some of that DLC that was exclusive to the EU version pre-orders as others have received. >_>

Same problem here.

This isn't the first time I've been extorted. I'm buying the $5 watdens keep because feastday sounds cornie.

i'll be very skeptic with any DLC for mass affect 2

Got a response to the pricing issue of the Feastday pack, they skipped the part about me asking for something for my trouble and according to him he never heard of the feastday being a work around.

"Thank you for responding,

Interesting. This is the first I have heard that the Feast day combo is a work around to this issue. I would like to investigate this method to resolve your issue. Is this a promotional offer via the PSN Store? If so, that would also be the answer to why the content is free in the UK, as Sony controls the pricing and collection of those funds.

Feel free to contact us again if you have any other questions regarding this issue. You can update your support request by clicking on the My Questions link on http://support.ea.com.

Not that it will probably do much good, but I am going to throw my hand in on this as well.

I bought Dragon Age: Origins for my PS3 brand new from the store 5 days ago. I am in North America (US), so I assume that it should be a North American copy and so is my PSN account. I have my PSN account tied to the game and have a Bioware account here, which displays my PSN account name, so I am assuming they are linked correctly. I have entered my Promo codes for the Blood Dragon Armor and the Stone Prisoner, and I believe they are showing up on my list of DLC under my profile on this website.

However, like many other people, they are not appearing in game. Prior to inputting the codes, The Stone Prisoner was in the DLC list but not the Dragon Blood Armor. After entering the codes, the Stone Prisoner disappeared from the list, and neither are showing up as purchased. I am rather reluctant to have to purchase additional DLC (which I am not a big fan of in the first place) just to receive that which was included with the game as a reward for my purchase.

My problem is identical to Ace of Spades.
This whole situation is a load of bull. People have been complaining about this for months with no fix. Basically, they are ripping off customers with false advertising and a defective product. None of the DLC works, the soundtrack is borked and the only Collector's edition feature that isn't a lie is the map.
I'm returning the game to Amazon if this isn't fixed in the next few days. Either way, it's the last product I buy from Bioware or EA that includes any feature not included on the disc. What a joke.

Yeah it's the exact same problem we are all having. Yet the online customer agents act like it's all working fine and they have no idea why it's not working just for us.

I'm from UK and I bought DA:O Collector's Edition last thursday, i followed the instruction so i created this account on this website and it showed my PSN account so i think it linked properly. When i try to enter de redeem code, however non of them worked(gifts, Stone Prisoner DLC, and blood dragon armour. The codes are like this 'XXXX-ZZZZ-YYYY-WWWW', i tried on this website as 'xxxx-zzzz-yyyy-wwww', then 'XXXX-ZZZZ-YYYY-WWWW', then 'XXXXZZZZYYYYWWWW' i used a (-) between them and non of them worked. So i when on to the game and enter the redeem code in game at the content menu and none of them worked also. I also don't have anything on the 'Your register games promotions' page on this website. This has been extremely annoying for me
