I had the Blood Armor DLC for PS3 and Its not showing anymore... I used to have the armor on my warrior I created a month ago and I log in to the char and I'm naked WTF... I searched on my profile to see if its there and its not so what happend to it?

Ladies and gents, you're 100% correct that we should not have to pay $3 more to get the DLC we already purchased to work. That said, consider the alternatives: do we return the game? Wait and hope that EA can get their act together some time this decade? Smash the game to bits in a fit of rage and disgust at the injustice of it all?



Here's the thing: my time is valuable to me (as it is for all of us, no doubt). I had already wasted a great deal of time trying to resolve this garbage when I finally happened upon this post. By that point, I was at my wits end. I was more than happy to set my objections aside and soak the extra $3. When it worked perfectly, I found that my elation was only slightly diminished by the loss of another $3.



Sometimes life comes down to picking your battles, I guess, and I decided this one ain't worth the fight.

Go back the the PS3 menu, go to the Network option then down to manage my account, find the download list and it should be available there to redownload.

If that doesn't work then maybe it's the game data utility,.

Its not there its like it never was there...  I guess I will have to forget it which makes me sad but at least all my other DLCs are there.<_<

Jackygates I have no idea then. If everything else made it through including Shale then it seems you have a slightly different problem...



Malfegor I've not heard anything yet and I still have my question open with EA.

For the people using a PS3 and saying for example: i got a USA psn account and a Dragon Age origins from USA (blue ray disc from area 1) even so you have to check the CODES region. If the game is from USA but the codes got some letters in front of the unlock key saying for exemple: (HK) or (UK) then you need a psn account on those places to be able to download the stuff the code give to you. HK = Hong Kong for example. Look this link on the forum it may help some people:

i agree i have purchased two copys of origins trying to get the dlc to work i evean contacted support they sent me a wait in line email but what can you do we pay they play

As I continue to try to find a way to resolve this issue with EA Support (which BTW has been quite responsive), I do find it quite IRONIC the amount of time I have to deal with Tech Support on a closed console system that was part of my initial hope to migrate away from the PC environ

They have had me in support hell for weeks. DLC Blood Armour and Stone Prisoner corrupted my game and then disappeared. EA support just gives a different reasons or excuses each time. One techs instruction corrupted all my EA saves. Are you getting anywhere?

I was told today that this problem is server related and my DLC is synced and should download when engineers iron out the problems. Problem UNRESOLVED and no idea when it will be resolved.



How can you believe anything EA Support tells you after being told to delete this or change that setting on my PS3. For weeks I have been sent on a snipe hunt while EA knew all along the problem was with EA/Bioware. Everyone please share what they are telling you.

I bought Origins from Best Buy Awakenings from Amazon. The inside codes were an incentive to buy in my case and they don't work and DLC and support corrupted my other EA titles that also use servers.



My is also version: 1.01 with online patch - I am in North America US: Indiana.

EA should have dropped DLC and put these out in the Awakenings expansion with an apology. EA if your listening your losing customers and spending more money to fix these issues. I like Dragon Age but I am so frustrated that I am ready to go back to Guild Wars or WOW.

I've deleted my game data utility repeatedly and it has had no effect on my saves. The only thing is any downloads that you've manage to get you would just have to download them again.

Be careful, my corruption came after putting the codes in and no download occurred. I followed support advice to try to get my DLC content. In my case the support team eventually got Blood Armor and Stone Prisoner to appear only once. Only the Blood Armor started to download - No Stone Prisoner (Shale). After the download attempt my PS3 resets and my two best EA games that use server content are toast. My PS 3 was on a APC UPS unit so it was not any power issue. I had to eventually delete and re-install Origins - My DLC is still not there. All my non EA games are movies are perfectly fine.



Please be skeptical about any EA support advice that tries to adjust or blame your Playstation, ISP, or Network configuration. My numerous contacts with EA support led me on quite an expensive "Snipe Hunt".

 I have the same issue, and after a week of emails with EA, I still have no resolution.  This is absolutely unacceptable.

For an update, this issue has been identified and appears to be an issue in the PS3 store configuration. We're in communication with Sony and are working with them to get this resolved.



We apologize for the time that it is taking to get this resolved, but the team has been working toward a fix.

I just got off the phone with Sony and they were able to recreate 1/2 my transaction so the Blood Armour Downloaded. But no Stone Prisoner. Sony said to try another code but that does not work at all. The Dragon Age server rejects it because you are already authorized and can't have 2.in same account. I hope Victor in the earlier post gets a handle on this.

Also the tech representative at Sony said to remind everyone that any future add ons be bought separately and downloaded separately. They have apparently had connection issues with EA for some time. This is for people who made purchases through the store as well as the download code entries. He said Sony and EA were aware of the issue which had been routinely blamed on customers wireless connections and insufficient bandwidth.

I have now deleted my Utility and Cookies to no avail. As well, once trying my Redeemable Code for Stone Prisoner (in an ALT Account) I get an Invalid Code Error. I do so hope this will be resolved, as I so enjoy the game yet the tech troubles make me wonder why, in fact, a console is superior to the PC?

It seems I have exhausted EA's support and I have been told the following. At this point I have now been gaming free for 2 weeks+. Sort of ironic considering after over a decade of PC play, I thought jumping to a console made sense ...

Yeah the PC would have allowed for manually loading the items. It's a shame Bioware can't make the DLC download-able and just keyed into a person's PSN ID so we could put it in that way via the web browser or a usb drive.

If you want to use the DLC just buy Festive Combo Pack $3 it fixes all this nonsense and I believe its what EA was planning. ( There are DLC posts going back many months and people still are waiting or have given up.) I banged my head against the EA NON Support wall LONG ENOUGH. After you put it in and restart its simply all there. It worked just like it appears on the Utube video that was posted on this site.







Just don't do the 3.30 new Sony update you DA will go into system locks.
