for now.

Finished 3 playthroughs in 246 hours (mage, DW Com, Dalish), did all the origins stories and all the DLC. But now it is time to move on, sorry Awakenings. I'll hit a round of ME1 (cuz i lost my old saved games) then try out ME2.

What was or will be your limit with DAO, when have/will you consider yourself done with the game permenantly or ready for something different for a while?

I'm not even going to attempt Awakenings until they fix it.

I'm on my third playthrough and I'll probably take a break after I finish it. Civilization IV is calling to me once again.

If you like DaO in terms of full on voice acting, story, etc. Try out The Witcher, awesome game.

I've only gotten one real run through on Origins, was working on my second one when 1.03 came and killed it. So for me it's back to The Longest Journey, Warband, and Hearts of Iron 3 while I wait ever so patiently for the patch to fix the patch.

I'll second that...started playing The Witcher a couple of days ago. Brilliant, truly brilliant. Get the retail Enhanced Edition. Has lots of goodies in the box.

I think I need a little break too. I've done three complete playthroughs, plus started two more (finished Dalish elf female, city elf female, and human nnoble female). Done Awakenings once, all DLC included in three playthroughs. Now that Kasumi is out, I might do ME2 next, esp if I can finally get onto my old hard drive and get my old ME1 saves (or if I can find one on that site to download that I like lol). I've also got Witcher that I need to give a try too, plus there's always Guild Wars lol.

I've played through it 5 times and am a little bit in on a sixth. I still want to play through it a couple more times though. Mainly how I keep myself interested is thinking up builds in my head that are out of the ordinary, and using a new alignment (D&D nerd, I know) each time.

Also, I've played through Awakening twice, once with an Orlesian Warden, one import.

thats exactly what i started playing after DAO :) , loving it all over again . I completed DAO twice on the xbox and once on the PC , i'm playing through again on PC with the respec mod helping me to have a diffrent type of party . Think i will be finsihed with it after this go , all good things must come to an end , was a brilliant game.

Can't wait for DA2 , i havent got awakenings yet , maybe i would enjoy it but im put off by it sounding very easy with over the top new skills/talents , and the fact it sounds like there are no romance's .

Truth is that I'm tired of both DA:O/A and ME1/2. I REALLY need a list of "If you've liked those two games, you may also like..."

Gears of War calls my attention, but as it isn't in Steam, there's no compulsory shopping for me :) Anybody could suggest me some other titles?

Am only a few days into it myself.  Game world is supposedly epic, over 100+ hours of content I hear.  Love the little additional bar games like Poker Dice etc.

I too have burned myself out on ME2 and DA:O, I've been playing them pretty much constantly since January. I think it might be time to take a break from gaming for a little while whilst I wait for Red Dead Redemption.
