G'day, I umm lost my Cerberus card which held the activation code. I have the Mass Effect 2 Collectors Edition that I got on the 25th of March, and since our internet usage was at 99% I decided not to activate. I have, however, activated the Collector armour pack and registered my game.

So, just wondering if it is possible to redeem without having the card or code in front of me? (I literally tore up my room looking for the small, orange, card =\\\\)

Thank you very much people of BioWare :)

EDIT: I also constantly see notifications of this Firewalker package for download, which by the looks of is pretty good.

Damnit! :crying:

But I don't understand, doesn't BioWare keep track of all the codes and where they are put? So isn't my registered game and bonus collector armour enough?

The only thing I can think of is going to EA and asking their technical support directly the question, If you have any proof of purchase that you can show them they might give you a new code.

I'd give anything of proof of purchase, lol. Pictures of the box, pictures of the comic, pictures of the box and comic with my name on a piece of paper, a picture of my room (partly) cleaned up after looking everywhere for it :P

The only thing I can't do is give a receipt, since I got this game on my birthday (March the 24th) and it's most likely long gone by now :(

I think I might continue to persue this topic for a further 24 hours before taking it up with technical support, not to bother them quickly, to see if BioWare can do anything

I noticed this when going to ask Electronic Arts Technical Support:
http://support.ea.co...=&p_faqid=46023

Should I wait for that moment (since I have redeemed my Collector armour code) or still go ahead and contact Electronic Arts about this?

Well, no need to worry about this any more. I found it at the bottom of this massive pile on what I call my desk :P
