I started playing Dragon Age after playing Mass Effect 2 and am finding it difficult getting into the game play - has anyone else had this issue and if so how many hours did it take you before you got hooked? I'd like to perservere but so little time so many games.....
I have to admit I had the reverse problem when I played Mass Effect 1 - I had just played Oblivion: The Elder Scrolls, and couldnt get into ME1 in the same way! Maybe its translating from space to fantasy and vice versa is my problem!
Anyone else have this problem?

After ca. 10+ hours I left the game... maybe I will return... but I fear this game is not the right one for me...

I have gone from Dragon Age to Mass Effect 2, from Mass Effect 2 to Awakening and yesterday from Awkening to ME2 Kasumi DLC. It does take some time to get used to the changes to the game play in combat. Generally speaking it is fairly easy for me to go back to ME2 combat, because I just thoroughly enjoy that combat system so much, it takes a little longer get back into the DA combat system. But either way it's when you soak in the story and get emeshed in the conversations and the companions that you get the real feel for the game, not the combat system. At least that's the way it is for me.

I dont play ME2 but i play ME1 and DA:O and going from one to the other does not bother me i imagine it is because both games just pull me in so well.
