What do you hate most about Twitter.  For me it's the 140 character limit.

I hate the fact that tweets aren't called Tw@ts.

I hate that it reinforces the texting generation. Texting on telephones is ridiculously stupid.

I would have to agree that it is disappointing to have only 140 characters on Twitter. But have to also remember that these get txted to phones as well.

Mostly I'm hating the character limit, making it hard to respond to some of the Bazaar Challenges.

And texts are great for when you want to ask someone a quick question, where making a phone call would seem like a waste.

Between this and the iPAD... I believe who ever came up with these names is giggling every time someone says them.

I don't hate twitter, I just think the idea of a social networking site about the most minute and boring details of everyone's lives is the biggest waste of space thought of yet.

I don't call my friends, my parents, my boss when I eat jello or whatever, so why the hell would I want to inform the internet?

I don't hate it, but I find it difficult to follow conversations or any coherent thoughts from one person to another. Trying to read anything on there is, to me, like trying to figure out what's going on when you're in a room with a bunch of people on phones. You're only hearing one half of a bunch of conversations, so the whole thing comes off as random.

I figure I must be missing something important as to what makes it useful in any way.

I love twitter only because I can have tweets forwarded directly to my phone. It helps a lot for keeping track of what friends are up to on the weekends.

I hate the entire concept of Twitter.

-I'm typing a message on the Bioware forums.

-I just finished typing the message.

-I'm scratching by butt.

-Man, I feel hungry.

-Oh, look! A desk!

-Man, I'm bored.

-Oops, not bored anymore.

^All within 2 minutes.

I really wish they had the Challenges on these message boards. It'd be much easier to control. There would be no confusion or middle man management of what twitter accounts goes to which bioware social account, and they'd actually be able to enforce the one entry per person rule. As it stands now, I haven't read of any arguments that one could not simply make many twitter accounts to have multiple entries and have them all count, since you're replying back with your bioware soc info anyway, obviously you couldn't win multiple times but you'd still vastly increase chances to win a single time.

I find it okay, but only use it to keep in touch with a couple of friends, as that's the method they like to use. We protect our tweets though, so only we can see them.

Yeah, I also protect my tweets, so no one can see unless they request me first.

I tried Twitter. Didn't see the appeal.

Which is weird because I'm an active member of a ton of social networking sites.

I just dislike twitter for no justifiable reason, but it didn't stop me from making an account for this occasion.

This. I really can't understand the fascination with Twitter but if you are going to host a contest, do it on your own boards. Not using someone else’s tech.

I have never even been on twitter and I likely never will. Don't see the obsession or the point. And really don't care to read everybody's pointless dribble about everything. There is enough Verbal Diarrhea on the internet with out having a site specifically to spread it around.

I save my hate for the things that really matter and need to be hated.
