So, downloaded the kasumi DLC last night, no problems there that I noticed. Then started up ME2 and found I can't seem to connect to the network anymore. I keep getting an error saying that I have either timed out or communication with the ME2 servers has been interrupted.
I have tried clearing my Xbox cache, didn't work. Resetting my router, power cycling the Xbox. None of it has worked.
I'm not having trouble getting on Xbox live or using my computer to browse the web.
I'l be very grateful for any help given.

I'm also having the same problem only it happened to me before kasumi or the hammerhead dlc came out and I still can't connect.

I'm also having this issue since an hour or two. Battlefield 1943 gives a similar error, so I suspect it has something to do with the EA servers.

Been waiting two weeks for mine to work and looks like I'll be waiting a little longer.

i would point out to anyone who may have you know, pirated something c+c4 or the like, that the hosts file you would have added includes the ea servers used by bioware....but noone might have done that a cpl weeks ago, would they? ....

Mine won't connect hell mine has never connected and it's kinda starting to get on my nerves. You'd think after all the battle field games and so on EA would have finally figured out how to run a network. If this keeps up I wont be buying the third game or any other bioware game that is connected to a EA severer. Why pay 60 for an experience I could pay 8 for. I want my god dam dragon armor.

I was able to connect when i picked up the game back when it came out. Then I just recently downloaded the kasumi dlc and now I get a message saying I cant connect to the ea server, that it timed out.

go to windows/drivers/system32/etc and if there's anything ea related in the hosts file, get rid of it.
You do realize this is the Xbox support forum yes?

Ok I fixed my problem and hopefully what worked for me will work for you guys.
I transfered my me2 save files (character saves not dlc) over to a flash drive and launched the game and got access to the cerberus network again finally. Downloaded firewalker and then transfered my saves back and relaunched and was still able to log on. Doesn't make a whole lot of sense why this worked but I'm not complaining.

Did some searching and found something interesting.
Log out of your profile and go to system settings and reset the clock to 11/15/2005 then log back into your profile and boot up the game. I just tried it and connected to the network.

This worked for me as well. Very strange.
Thank you.
