when she was being sentimental. Jacob has a little of that vibe, since
he's not into talking much.
You make it sound like Kasumi appreciates Jacob as a well-shapen sculpture. x) Reminds me of the time Kaiden started talking about Liara in a similar fashion: "She's easy on the eyes Commander, if you're into appreciating art that is." Once of the funnier lines of ME1.
Still, I think the main reason for people not to like the other characters so much is too little dialogue/developement to actually make them stand out/be memorable. More lines outside the romance dialogue (if you just want to remain friends with said character) and some extra text to the romance (felt like you're already off to bed in just +/- 4 talks, quite unrealistic if you want more than a fling imo) would have improved character developement drasticly I reckon.
