If you look up the letter meanings for the 4 lines of binary that pop up when you kill the VI they spell out 'help'.

I never realised that till now...

Amusing: I didn't know about this mission until I was almost done with the game (I also somehow ended up saving noveria for last) in my first playthrough so I was QUITE SURPRISED at how EASY the game got when i became an expert assassin, unfortunately I messed up and was only able to get JUST UP TO my last level on that echeladder. I WAS ONE POINT SHORT OF HAVING THE MASSIVE SNIPER RIFLE UPGRADE AND LEVEL 50 THAT WAS SO SAD FOR ME (((

At this point it's probably pretty close to impossible to find something that nobody has noticed about ME1. The game is 2 1/2 years old now. It's still a great game though
