Second, you probably even can't scrog (such a shallow term) an alien. In all probability they just don't have the necessary parts. Any romance with an alien other than an asari is limited to emotional attraction and fulfillment. As such I would choose Garrus, because I have the most in common with him.

Garrus, screw the anaphylactic shock! in ME universe, you can even revive a person from nothing but tubes and burnt flesh! why not some anti-anaphylactic shock shots? if needed, one can also goes for bio-engineering so the intakes of dextro related foods or liquid won't be harmful.

Possibly, it wouldn't be the first time.  I heard scrog from him originally and thought it sounded funny so I use it myself on occasion.
