I'd like a location in Australia.

Miranda is one of the few earthborn characters in ME and thus it makes sense (assuming shes still apart of ME3 and has another loyalty mission) to not double up on development of Earth locations.
According to one of the Cerberus News Network items, there are a bunch of smart scientists in Australia. Possible locations for HQs of those large corporations.

My preference would be Sydney. Its easily the most iconic and internationally identifiable of any of the Australian cities and there are plenty of great views to use and theres a great harbour as a backdrop.

No not Sydney! Melbourne! It is superior in every way. Just ask any Melburnian.

**** it. When you go to Earth you should have a mission that takes place on the Island that LOST takes place on. No not Hawaii. I want time travel and electromagnetism, plus squadmates either living or dying at every turn.

This.  The mission could end with an epic battle against the Smoke Monster and his army of polar bears.

I think it'd be best if it WAS located in some really familiar city, like New York. Because then we can see a place we know fairly well, upgraded to the future.

London, Sydney, Moscow, etc. are all viable choices.

Judging by the UN and the Alliance i'm guessing either of these cities could be where we head.

New York: Has UN HQ.

Berlin: Has had several UN conferences there before.

Geneva: Same as Berlin.

Brussels: EU and NATO is basically HQ'd here.
