Can I get an 'official' BioWare response on whether it's possible to get a cash or credit card refund of unused BioWare points?
Until this is possible, or I am allowed to purchase the exact number of BioWare points being charged for the desired DLC (or better yet, just pay cash/cc for the DLC in the first place), then my distaste for the 'point' system will cause me to pirate any and all future BioWare DLC.
