I'm trying to buy the Kasumi DLC for Mass Effect 2 and it took me FOREVER to find where I can buy it. Then when I find it and go check out I can't use points that I already have, it's making me choose to buy points, WHY?

I already have 800 PC points, I want to buy the DLC for 500 something points. How hard it is? Why these stupid points system?

Why is my free DLCs in "Profile" instead of "My Contents or "My Games"? I think you guys need a useability expert or somthing.

Wow, Steam is so much easier to buy from. No bulls***, just take my credit card number when I want something.


How can I use the points that I already have? I going to continue to try to figure it out.

I find it easy to navigate and only your creations are in "my content". Btw, you could use the http://social.biowar...ategory/6/index forum next time to gain attention - please.
