i have recently downloaded the firewalker dlc and it has caused my games to crash only when i try to get on the normandy. i know this isnt a technical problem because i have just recently bought a new xbox and replaced my copy of mass effect 2, the only thing that isnt new is this problem.
i have been trying to fix this but nothing i do seems to work
i have started a new game
deleted and redownloaded the dlc
changing discs
i dont know what else to do
can you help me?

We are having issues as well- brand spanking new xbox 360 elite, new game.. and when we d/l anything it kills it. We have to uninstall it all, wipe it, and start over. Sometimes we get through everything but he latest 2 dlc before we have issues, sometimes earlier.
So far, starting fresh with no dlc is the only thing we have done that allows us to play through without getting the error/unreadable messages.
