I redeemed the codes and they show up on my online profile. However, they dont show up in game as available for download, let alone for install or play.
how do I get the dlc to actually become available for me and download? I followed all the steps indicated on the pdf etc but it doesnt help, cause that's exactly as I did...

apparently because so many ppl r signing up n redeeming their codes, the server is slightly slow....thats what i heard in another thread mind, and i havent received mine either, and there r many others

I wrote a question to Bioware yesterday, they said I need to wait 24 hrs for a reply, still waitting, even though it's way more then 24 hrs...

This whole process is BS... I have the 360 version and every "help" topic is in reference to the PC version. There is no way to do most of the "fixes" they suggest on a Xbox. On top of that I can't get anyone in the online "Live Chat" help, or over the phone. EA is really dropping the ball with this one, and can only imagine it's making GameStop and Bioware look bad as well.
