What I am about to describe did not happen my first playthrough. I started a second playthrough on hardcore difficulty:
When I go to the equipment select screen, Ashley has her default pink armor on, but it does not display the armor she is wearing on the left panel. When I try to put a new piece of armor on her, the game refuses any further user input. I cannot leave the equipment select screen, I cannot switch between my three active characters, and I cannot even toggle through guns/upgrades/armor for Ashley. I am forced to exit to the XBox dashboard.
No other character has this problem.
Please help, I cannot find any resolution to this problem elsewhere on the forums, and without starting a new game, I do not know what to do.

epmevan, by any chance, have you played the Pinnacle Station DLC during this playthrough?

I have the same problem bug with Liara did you guys figure out anyway to fix it?
I guess I could just a avoid using Liara the rest of the game but that stinks.

I have both dlc content installed btw if that matters.
