I bought the DLC, installed the EA installer, but when I try to install the download (from the game) I'm linked to a "Page no longer exists" message.
What am I doing wrong? Is there another way to download this?

Okay, I'm not sure what information I neglected to put here, so here goes:
The game (retail PC) runs fine on my Vista 64 system. I have played through once already. I saw the download on my game's Main Menu, paid for it, received my receipt for the purchase, and then tried to download it from the in-game download screen. That leads me to a "Page no Longer Exists" message on a Bioware page. Does that mean the download no longer exists?
I also downloaded and installed the EA downloader and tried to download the DLC that way, but I get the same result.
I successfully downloaded and installed content for Mass Effect 2, so I can;t imagine what the problem is with this content.
Does anyone have any ideas what I can do to download this content that I have already paid for? Or, if the content no longer exists, as suggested by the error message I get linked to, is it possible to get a refund?
